A Cohort Program for Nonprofits Ready to Work Smarter
CNA AI Cohort
Let's unlock the power of AI, together.
The CNA AI Cohort is a guided, peer-based learning experience for nonprofit teams who want to understand and begin experimenting with AI in a responsible, supported way.
This cohort is designed to reduce confusion, build shared language, and help teams engage AI with confidence.
Cohort-Based Learning
Nonprofit organizations that are early in their AI journey and want a structured starting point.
Teams that value shared learning and want to engage AI together, rather than in silos.
Hosted by Colorado Nonprofit Association
Hosted by the Colorado Nonprofit Association, this program brings together nonprofit organizations from across the state to build capacity, foster sector-wide readiness, and ensure nonprofits of all sizes are prepared to confidently navigate the future of AI.
How AI Confluence Works
We run an upskilling environment where teams receive training on the need-to-know skills and approaches to quickly become more AI literate across their organization. This upskilling is paired with peer discussion to ensure the lessons and success of AI implementation are discovered and shared.
Cohort-Based Learning
Join a curated group of nonprofit professionals who are navigating the same challenges you are. Learn alongside peers, swap real-world insights, and build a shared understanding of what AI can—and cannot—do for your work through:
Live learning sessions for your whole team
Interactive workshops designed for collective learning
Role and task based peer groups for greater organization learning
Connect with peers in similar roles across organizations
Immediate AI practice in nonprofit-based use cases
Apply learning directly to your organization's needs
Office hours open to all participants
Get personalized support when you need it most
Why AI Confluence Works
Nonprofits don't need more coming at them from all directions. They need a confluence of conversation, capacity, and confidence within the AI space.
AI Confluence:
Demystifies AI by breaking useful skills down into clear, practical steps
Builds confidence through guided practice and repeatable use cases
Elevates impact by expanding teams' ability to think strategically, work creatively, and collaborate effectively with AI
Strengthens your AI environment by creating the space for teams to have facilitated conversations about the aspects of AI that matter most and build sustainable structures to further your AI expertise
